A company with heritage is a unique and special thing. A company that remains loyal to the founding "ways" of that heritage is something far beyond that.
Red Wing have been leading the work boot market in the States for over a century. At a time where manufacturing is more often than not shipping abroad, every single boot is still made in Red Wing, Minnesota. Just like it always has.
They use the same machines as they did all those years ago, with the same dedication to quality. They still have their own tannery in the US, which treats the leather from the American cattle.
And yet, no flags are proudly boasted on their products. Not on the boot, or on the box. Because, to them, 'Made In The USA' should not be a USP, nor a tag line, or even anything out of the ordinary. Red Wing Bots are made in Minnesota. Always have been, always will be. That's just their way.
Here's to the companies that know their path and refuse to be budged from it.
